Delete your Pola account

Pola — the baby journal app (developer: Jarosław Cielebak). Here is how to delete your account and all associated data.

In the app (fastest)

Open Pola → Settings → Delete account → confirm. Your account and data are removed right away.

By email

Write to hello@pola.baby from your account email and ask to delete your account. We remove it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account: your profile (email, name), every baby journal you own, and all entries — feeding, sleep, diapers, measurements, health, medicine and diet. Deletion is permanent; backups are purged within 30 days.
