Pola Terms of Service

By using the Pola app, you accept these terms. Pola is a baby tracker that helps parents record feeding, sleep, diapers, measurements and health information and share it with another caregiver.

1. Account and access

A Pola account is required (sign in with Apple or Google). You are responsible for keeping access to your account confidential and for the data you enter in the app.

2. Free, Plus and Lifetime plans

The basic tracker for one child is free forever. Premium features (a PDF doctor’s report, reminders, health/medicine/diet modules, and more children and caregivers) are available with a Pola Plus subscription or a one-time Pola Lifetime purchase. The 14-day Plus trial starts without a card and does not automatically convert to a paid subscription.

3. Payments and subscriptions

Purchases are processed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. Renewals, cancellations and refunds are subject to the relevant store’s rules and are managed in your Apple or Google account settings.

4. Sharing and acceptable use

You can share the journal with another parent using an invitation code. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach security rules or abuse our servers (API). The app is provided “as is” and is not a substitute for medical advice.
